At this time we do not service above ground pools. Inground vinyl liner pools are accepted on a case by case basis however vinyl liner repairs are not offered.

We recommend servicing your pool or spa at least once a week during the swimming season to ensure clean, balanced water. For spas, a biweekly or monthly service may be sufficient depending on usage.

FAQs

Pool & Spa Maintenance

What chemicals do you use in pool maintenance?

We use high-quality, industry-standard chemicals such as chlorine, pH balancers, algaecides, stabilizers, and flocculants, depending on your pool’s needs. We prioritize safe and eco-friendly products whenever possible.

If your pool water has a cloudy appearance, unusual odor, or if you’ve had a large number of swimmers, it may need to be shocked. Shocking helps break down organic contaminants and bacteria, restoring the water’s clarity and safety.

If your pool water turns green, it’s usually a sign of algae or low chlorine levels. We recommend contacting us for a professional cleaning and chemical treatment to restore your pool to its sparkling condition.

Regular maintenance, proper water circulation, balanced chemicals, and routine cleaning are key to preventing algae growth. If you have persistent algae problems, we can recommend additional treatments or adjust your maintenance plan.

Closing your pool involves cleaning it thoroughly, balancing the chemicals, lowering the water level, and winterizing the equipment. We offer professional pool closing services to ensure your pool is properly protected from the winter elements.

Water Quality & Safety

Is it safe to swim immediately after adding chemicals?

It’s generally recommended to wait 15–30 minutes after adding chemicals to your pool to allow them to properly circulate and settle. For certain chemicals like shock treatments, a longer wait (up to 4 hours) may be necessary.

Consider upgrading to a variable-speed pump, using a pool cover to reduce heat loss, and ensuring your pool heater is energy-efficient. We can recommend energy-saving solutions tailored to your pool’s needs.

Yes, we specialize in maintaining both chlorine and saltwater pools. Saltwater pools require slightly different care, such as regular salt level monitoring and cell cleaning, which we can handle for you.
